As the weather came out nice yesterday after an awful couple weeks we decided to make the most of it and get the kids out on a trike ride.
We headed to Dover as the Promenade has been updated with lovely flat smooth surfaces perfect for Grayson.
This was the first time Addison had her trike out to ride on her own, it has taken her a little time to get to grips with it and although we had a few crashes ( some on purpose) by the most part she did excellent.

I have to say I really love all 3 of our trikes, Grayson’s bought from all the money raised by Sonia and all the bloggers that bought items in the auction, every time I see him on it not only do I smile with pride at his achievements but also because it has a little part of many amazing online friends in it.
The babies both have their Smartrikes, both they got on their 1st Birthday’s but Deacon’s was kindly sent to him by Smartrike as they were our sponsor to Britmums this year, it really shows on a day like yesterday how awesome they are, Deacon was protected from the sun, got to check out the beach and enjoy the wind in his hair as Granny pushed him, whilst Addison pedaled like mad constantly racing her big brother, although most of the time letting him win.

It was lovely and quiet along the Seafront, we got to see the White Cliffs and Dover castle, as well as Addison and Deacon having a run on the beach with their Popsy.

Grayson although super drowsy from his meds managed to do some truly awesome pedalling, I was so surprised, he gets stronger every time and as he screamed away in excitement many passers by stopped, looked and even chatted. There was no nasty comments that I noticed yesterday which was lovely, just people smiling, happy to see so much cuteness.

We finished off the day with a lovely lunch, where all the babies managed some chips, which is a massive improvement. All in all it was just a lovely family day, we even managed a family shot for Me and Mine.
I will never be able to say thank you enough to Sonia and all the companies/bloggers/people that helped to raise the money for Grayson’s trike, it truly has been life changing for him.
