As a shopper I love to buy from Independents, especially Artisans, so I am incredibly excited to find Sophie Morrell.
Richard Morrell is the artist behind the cute and quirky designs at Sophie Morrell which is named after his daughter. He sells a range of homeware gifts, prints and what I am here to tell you about Greetings cards.
When I saw his designs I was completely won over, he has over 250 designs to choose from, with cards for every occasion, they are all blank inside to, so you can write your own personal message.
What won me over were the designs, mainly featuring animals from the tiny to the large, some hand sketched, some animals turned into flowers, with so much humour in the designs. I knew straight away some of the animal designed cards had to be turned into works of art for the gallery wall in the kids bedroom. Addison demanded the pigs 1st of all had to go up, I was particularly impressed with her choice as they are very cute.
We have plans for 4 more cards to go up, including a gorgeous dog, elephant and some ducks.
I also chose some beautiful pastel design cards which once arrived I to decided needed to be up, the teacups is by far my favourite, perfect for our Kitchen wall.
The cards are all printed on 300gsm card and of the most luxurious quality, I can not believe you can pick up 8 cards for just £10. If you are anything like me I have a box dedicated to blank cards waiting to be sent out, so I shall be restocking with Sophie Morrell cards as there really is one for every occasion.
