I am a little later this month with my Bostik how to but I have an excuse we were on holiday.
This month we were set the theme Mini Beasts which is brilliant as not only is it Addison’s school topic this term but we also found out quite a bit about Mini Beasts whilst at Bluestone.
Now that Addison is obsessed with writing at every chance she gets I thought I would make her pencils more fun with Mini Beast Pencil Toppers, something I always had as a child.

You will need…..
Bostik Blu Tack, Glu Dots, White Glu & Glitter Pens / Felt / Pencils / Various items to decorate
Roll a small bowl of Blu tack and stick on the end of the pencil, then cut out a shape of a Mini Beast from felt twice for the front and back and glue with Bostik White Glu.

Then simply decorate Mini Beast as you would like, for our Butterfly we decided on Bostik Glitter Pens and jewels stuck on with Bostik Glu Dots which are perfect and simple to use for kids crafts.

We then added furry pipecleaner antenna’s to finish off. Then leave to dry for at least a few hours.
The possibilities are endless, we also made a ladybird using a pre made foam sticker which I then rested on green felt leaves.
These would make great goody bag gifts as they took me less than 15 minutes to put together and can be made using odds and ends from the craft box. I am thinking of making some Lego brick ones for Addison’s party next month, instead of felt I may use foam, I will let you know how I get on.
