You may remember me sharing that we were kindly asked with some other bloggers to be part of the #PizzaExpressFamily and share with you are experiences from the point of how they work as a family restaurant.
The last part of the journey was heading to Pizza Express at Stratford for a massive Pizza Party. Now I am not sure about all you but I did not realise you could book parties at Pizza Express and not only that very awesome ones.
The kids were met by Gean, an incredibly brilliant waiter who knew exactly how to keep the kids in check, no small feat.
Once all dressed as mini chefs with hats and aprons it was time to make Pizzas. Addison loved getting stuck in rolling out and stretching the dough. Once the Passata was spread over it was time to add the toppings.
As Addison doesn’t like Pizza she made hers for her Daddo, which strangely pleased her even more.
Whilst their Pizzas were baking the kids were kept entertained with colouring packs, stickers, a competition and their famous dough balls, Addison’s favourite.
Once the kids had fun chatting and eating a great deal of Pizza (as did we, mmm) the Chefs left us with one last bit of entertainment, he showed the kids how to throw the biggest pizza base I have ever seen.
I really must say it was a perfect lunch, we did not have to worry about the kids at all the staff were brilliant and kept them hugely entertained and I think there is nothing better to get kids cooking.
If you have a pizza loving child then seriously look at booking a Pizza Express party, I did not realise they even existed and I am sure many of you didn’t either, it is great value for money and a ton of fun.
Thanks to Pizza Express for creating some brilliant memories for my little people as well as teaching them how much fun it can be to make your food.
