Probably one of my favourite things to do with Stationery as an adult is my planners. I have two always on the go currently and a whole host that I get months into and decide I need a change. Well let’s be honest there is just so much choice.
When I found out about Bullet Journaling a couple of years I fell in love, to be honest it is something I have done of sorts before finding out about it. I run a planner for my blogging work and another for our personal life. This isn’t the only way I stay organised I also have diaries at work and for our house.
I know many love new online diaries and planners but for me they do not work, it is all about writing it down, making lists I can check off, making sure I don’t miss a deadline or hospital appointment. It also allows my creative side to come alive too, Stationery offers many ways to make being organised pretty, from stickers and washi in your planners, to different coloured pastel pens for different appointments.

My Planners keep me organised, I love my BlogtacularXLollipop (left) if you like to BJ this is for you. BIC pretty pastels are a must too.
With this in mind I asked out to my followers what Stationery keeps them organised, to see if it differed to my planners and pens, to see if even I could be inspired.

My trusty fountain pen and notepad so that I can write down all the things that I need to do along with the shopping list
I have mentioned before I can’t believe I do not own a fountain pen and Alison was very shocked too, so that’s going on my must buy list.

Bullet Journal – so any notebook really – I’m favouring the pocket-sized notebook at the moment. If I don’t have a planner, I panic. But then when I do have a planner (or planning system) there are days that go by when I don’t write in it or use it but it’s peace of mind.
I have to say I am much the same as Nickie, but if I take days off from my planners that is when I get all out of sorts.
Lastly Emma from Mrs Shilts made an interesting addition to what makes her organised..
Post its! They keep me sane
It’s funny other than in my day job Post Its are one of my least favourite items of Stationery as I write things down on them and then misplace them, but I do love how many pretty ones there are.
I think it is so interesting to see how Stationery keeps people organised, writing lists in particular is always top of the list, there is nothing better. Do share how does Stationery keep you organised ??
